The WindCraft Repair workshop is run by owner/technician Daniël Bögemann and technicians Jim Beringer, Rob de Groot and Matthew Holzinger who share a wealth of experience repairing, servicing and modifying Brass and Woodwind instruments to the highest of standards. They are also dedicated to training the next generation of brass and woodwind technicians in Melbourne, currently mentoring Will Leslie, Ella Kay-Butterworth, and Adrienne Garneau to become valuable contributors to the field.
All technicians at WindCraft Repair regularly attend conferences on band instrument repair to stay up to date with the latest developments and use their extensive network to stay in contact with technicians all over the world.

WindCraft Repair offers repairs, services or modifications for all brass and woodwind instruments for all players, from the beginning student through to the seasoned professional.
School customers are also welcome. In association with Fine Music, WindCraft Repair provides a free pick up and delivery service for schools in the Melbourne Metropolitan area.

We understand that it might be inconvenient to be without your instrument for a long time. At WindCraft Repair, you can have your instrument serviced within 3 working days. All you need to do is contact us to organise a suitable date. Please call 9815 1693 to enquire or email us.
For repairs and assessments, you are always welcome to drop in during opening hours.
Pricing
For an accurate assessment of the work needed on an instrument, it’s always best to have the instrument in hand. Please bring your instrument into the workshop and WindCraft Repair will assess and price any work accordingly free of charge. It might be inconvenient or not possible for you to come to the workshop for a quote. In some cases, WindCraft Repair can provide a quote via email, based on photos.
